Father Jared Johnson is a priest of the Diocese of Bismarck and serves as Pastor of the Pro-Cathedral of St. Mary in Bismarck. Fr. Johnson serves as the secretary for the Light of Christ Catholic Schools Board of Directors, as the Vicar Forane of the Bismarck Deanery, and is a member of the Presbyteral Council and College of Consultors for the Diocese of Bismarck.

Born and raised in Williston, North Dakota, Fr. Johnson entered seminary formation for the Diocese of Bismarck, first attending St. John Vianney College Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, earning a BA in Philosophy. He continued his seminary formation and theological studies at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, Michigan, earning both his Bachelors in Sacred Theology (STB) and Master of Divinity (MDiv).

Fr. Johnson was ordained in June 2013, and was assigned to St. Mary's Central High School in Bismarck from 2013 to 2018, where he served as Chaplain and religion instructor. While in high school ministry, Fr. Johnson also served as Parochial Vicar at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. In July 2018, Fr. Johnson became Pastor of the Co-Cathedral of St. Mary.
