Father Robert Shea is a priest of the Diocese of Bismarck and serves as Pastor of St. Wenceslaus Roman Catholic Church in Dickinson, ND. He was previously assigned as Chaplain of the University of Mary, and has experience teaching at both the high school and undergraduate levels.

Fr. Shea earned a BA in Political Science and BA and MA in Philosophy, all from the Franciscan University of Steubenville. Fr. Shea completed his formation for the priesthood at the Pontifical North American College in Rome, where he earned a Bachelor of Sacred Theology (STB) degree from the Pontifical Gregorian University and a Licentiate (STL) in Moral Theology from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross.

Fr. Shea has additionally studied at Oxford University and serves as ethicist and moral theologian for healthcare in the Diocese of Bismarck.
